Toyota Recall

      During Monday's class I found the Toyota recall presentation very interesting because my mom happens to be a Toyota owner. I think a reason of this could be because the US division and the headquarters in Japan are lack of communication because of their distance. Also, Toyota lacked responsible leadership which was defined as "sustaining good relationships with all stakeholders." Overall this group did a great job and provided us with a lot of valuable information.
